PI Dr. Brooke Hester (Physics) and co-PI Dr. Jennifer Cecile (Chemistry) recieved the Ralph E. Powe Jr. Faculty Enhancement Award and $10,000 in funding from Oak Ridge Associated Universities. The Award provides seed money for research by junior faculty at ORAU member institutions. These awards are intended to enrich the research and professional growth of young faculty and result in new funding opportunities.
