Eleven BiyOSeF members attended the 2015 Fitzpatrick Institute for Photonics (FIP) Annual Meeting at Duke University. Dr. Brooke Hester and the following students all gave presentations: Evyn Lee, Alex Mandarino, Jacob Cole, and Sam Migirditch. Sam Migirditch was named as the second place Student Fellow Winner and Ben Migirditch was given an honorable mention for the FIP International Year of Light contest at the symposium.
